Exterior Painting Process

First we inspect your home for trim, gutters, downspouts, shutters and siding panels.

.

.

.

.

Then we scrub all painted surfaces, freeing them from dirt, grime, and oxidized paint. Third, we use a pressure washer to remove any particles that were not scrubbed off.

.

After your house is washed we will apply cauking to every crack, joint and frame of your home. This helps to prevent drafts and keeps out moisture.

.

.

.

.

Fifth, we mask all trim, doors and windows on your home to protect them from the over-spray that occurs in the painting process. Roof areas, surrounding lawn area, shrubs and flower beds are also covered.

.

.

.

Finally we paint your home using modern, high pressure guns. Most homes can be painted in one day.

.

.

.

.

We will then spray all trim; such as shutters railings and ornaments. The doors and door-frames are usually brushed by hand. You can choose from a variety of colors for matching or contrasting effects.

.

.

.

The final step consists of reattaching and reinstalling everything that was taken down. However, we will not be finished until you are completely satisfied.
